Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness
The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root Yuj. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.

Kundalini Yoga - Kundalini is the yogic life force that is held to lie coiled at the base of the spine until it is aroused and sent to the head to trigger enlightenment. its a moderate paced class, using breath, movement, mantra, and beautiful music. with an open expanded state of the posture work incorporating meditation which turns the mind inward and connects you to your Kundalini Essence. sessions are held weekly and last 90 minutes
Gentle Yoga - Our beginners Yoga or gentle Yoga Class is focussed introducing clients to the yoga poses and to find the space between poses, creating movement that enables the participant to activate and communicate with the body through gentle and thoughtful movement incorporating mindfulness and meditation. classes run on
Yoga for Relaxation - This class is aimed at women who are going through the process of menopause, this can be a challenging time for women, Many women have found that yoga, including restorative and supportive poses, can ameliorate the undesirable side effects of menopause, including hot flashes, anxiety and more!

Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

Guided Meditation - We have various meditative sessions including guided meditation classes and gong baths which also have a sound healing element. checkout the timetable for more info!
Healing Meditation - reiki healing meditation and sound healing meditations are very popular with the clients and can be carried our on a one to one basis or as a group session.
Mindset Meditation - These sessions are about creating change and moving towards a goal, attitude or new behaviour, embracing the use of affirmations and visualisation these meditation sessions are both relaxing and exciting and can bring a sense of of purpose to the meditative practice.
