Sound healing is an ancient meditative practise that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.
Using quartz crystal bowls frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind. during this deep mediation experience, you will be guided to relax and let you of any stress and tension you might be holding onto and accept the sound energy into the body to promote healing so you can step into the world feeling refreshed and revived.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Step into a dynamic and energizing heated vinyasa class designed to ignite your inner fire and leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply grounded.
The room is gently warmed with heat lamps to create a cozy, supportive environment that allows your body to open safely and sweat with purpose.
Each class begins with a mindful warm-up to awaken the body and prepare you for movement. We then build into a creative and spicy flow - intelligently sequenced to generate internal heat and strength, often leading to a peak pose.
After moving through challenge and release, we shift into a soothing cool down and a deeply restorative savasana, where you can fully let go of any stagnant or unwanted energy.
To close, I offer a moment of stillness with optional essential oils and space to set or return to your sankalpa - a heartfelt intention to carry off the mat and into your life.
All levels are welcome, though a basic familiarity with vinyasa is helpful. Come ready to move, sweat, breathe, and reset.

Our mixed ability Trapeze Yoga class is an anti-gravity class where we use both the ground and the support of the trapeze to work through a flow of exercises.
Yoga Trapeze is a fun effective way to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Relieve back pain, reduce stress, and improve your grip and core strength with the Yoga Trapeze. As well as being a great cardiovascular workout each class includes a number of inverted poses with breathwork and a guided relaxation to finish.

Pushing and pulling is missing from many exercises classes, and this missing component can cause many issues and injuries especially wrist pain.
So what does this have to do with the Yoga Trapeze? Everything. Most students initially get interested in the Yoga Trapeze for the spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength is equally (if not more) valuable and truly “completes” yoga as a comprehensive fitness modality.
It’s therapeutic because it can help minimize stubborn back pain, but it’s also a lot of fun because, well, who doesn’t wanna feel like they’re flying through the air? (But don’t worry, the Yoga Trapeze isn’t aerial yoga. It’s not set up that high off the ground — so if you’re afraid of heights, no need to fret about that.)

Somatic Yoga is an inclusive, accessible, therapeutic & trauma sensitive blend of yoga, feldenkrais, somatics & embodiment practices.
Guided by the natural intelligence and sensations of your body, we will slowly move through a series of movements and postures, designed to dissolve deeply held tension and stress patterns in your body-mind.
A somatic approach to yoga is focused on quality over quantity, on how you move not how much you move, on what you can feel, not what you can do. Feeling the sensations and being guided by them. A slow moving embodied meditation.
It is by this embodied approach that one can learn to become deeply intimate with their inner felt sense and respond from that place.

A low impact high intensity class where we work through a series of ballet inspired moves at the barre to help tone and sculpt the whole body.
We also use small hand weights to target the arms. We then move onto the mats to work through a series of core toning & strengthening exercises.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Step into a dynamic and energizing heated vinyasa class designed to ignite your inner fire and leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply grounded.
The room is gently warmed with heat lamps to create a cozy, supportive environment that allows your body to open safely and sweat with purpose.
Each class begins with a mindful warm-up to awaken the body and prepare you for movement. We then build into a creative and spicy flow - intelligently sequenced to generate internal heat and strength, often leading to a peak pose.
After moving through challenge and release, we shift into a soothing cool down and a deeply restorative savasana, where you can fully let go of any stagnant or unwanted energy.
To close, I offer a moment of stillness with optional essential oils and space to set or return to your sankalpa - a heartfelt intention to carry off the mat and into your life.
All levels are welcome, though a basic familiarity with vinyasa is helpful. Come ready to move, sweat, breathe, and reset.

Mama Zen circle is all about you; a space where you can press pause, reset and breathe. A space where you can share your mothering journey with other mums just like you. Relieve back pain, reduce stress, and improve your grip and core strength with the Yoga Trapeze. As well as being a great cardiovascular workout each class includes a number of inverted poses with breathwork and a guided relaxation to finish.

Pushing and pulling is missing from many exercises classes, and this missing component can cause many issues and injuries especially wrist pain.
So what does this have to do with the Yoga Trapeze? Everything. Most students initially get interested in the Yoga Trapeze for the spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength is equally (if not more) valuable and truly “completes” yoga as a comprehensive fitness modality.
It’s therapeutic because it can help minimize stubborn back pain, but it’s also a lot of fun because, well, who doesn’t wanna feel like they’re flying through the air? (But don’t worry, the Yoga Trapeze isn’t aerial yoga. It’s not set up that high off the ground — so if you’re afraid of heights, no need to fret about that.)

Somatic Yoga is an inclusive, accessible, therapeutic & trauma sensitive blend of yoga, feldenkrais, somatics & embodiment practices.
Guided by the natural intelligence and sensations of your body, we will slowly move through a series of movements and postures, designed to dissolve deeply held tension and stress patterns in your body-mind.
A somatic approach to yoga is focused on quality over quantity, on how you move not how much you move, on what you can feel, not what you can do. Feeling the sensations and being guided by them. A slow moving embodied meditation.
It is by this embodied approach that one can learn to become deeply intimate with their inner felt sense and respond from that place.

A low impact high intensity class where we work through a series of ballet inspired moves at the barre to help tone and sculpt the whole body.
We also use small hand weights to target the arms. We then move onto the mats to work through a series of core toning & strengthening exercises.
This class is suitable for all levels and will help tone and sculpt the body without adding any bulk.
