Paulo founded Transcend and still holds the heart of it — a mill in Eccles full of people who keep coming back. He teaches Diva Gold Dance Fitness, EnerQi Qi Gong moving meditation and Flow State, hosts the NetWorthing community mornings, and leads sound journeys and wellbeing education at the studio.
