Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

As you’re suspended in a comfortable and spacious cradle, be prepared to be bathed in sound, light and love.

Using the power of sound using crystal bowls, gongs, drumming, chimes and reiki energy and gentle touch (optional) we guide you through a healing journey.

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet. It’s based on a theory that these areas on the feet are connected to certain organs and body systems. Sensitive, trained hands can detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet and by working on these points the Reflexologist can release blockages and restore a free flow of energy to the whole body. Circulation is enhanced and tensions are eased.

Reflexologists believe that applying pressure to these parts offers a range of health benefits including relaxation, boosting circulation, preventing migraines, aiding sleep, relieving depression, relieving pain, improved nerve function, and much more.​

Swedish Massage is a gentle massage using techniques designed to relieve tired muscles. ​​Swedish Massage uses a light pressure and long flowing strokes, which are very relaxing.​ A Swedish Massage is the perfect treatment for anyone who is overly worked and stressed out and are looking to relax their body and mind. Swedish massage is more for relaxation, but will also give the following benefits:

Myofascial Dry Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves the application of decompressed cups onto the skin.

The cups create a vacuum effect lifting up any underlying tissues such as Fascia, Muscles.

Cupping works by stimulating neural pathways, altering pain thresholds and increasing tissue temperature.

If you have a lot of tightness and soreness in your muscles, then myofascial release therapy may be for you. Focusing on trigger points, your therapist will knead and stretch out your muscles and fascia (connective tissues) to release tension and relieve pain. This intense treatment will leave you with relaxed muscles and an improved range of movement.​

Warm Bamboo Massage is body massage using warm 70 degrees solid bamboo sticks in different lengths and diameters.

Treatment can be found on one area or the full body.

The word shiatsu means finger pressure in Japanese. You may also hear it called shiatsu massage or shiatsu body work. It is a popular therapy and many complementary therapy centres offer shiatsu.

The principle behind shiatsu is related to the energy flow, known as Ki or Qi (pronounced chee), through your body.

According to shiatsu therapists, disruption to this energy flow can cause illness and disease.

Like acupuncture, shiatsu claims to free blockages to the Ki flow and restore energy to areas where it is low. A shiatsu specialist does this by pressing on or stretching points on your body that lie along the lines of energy called meridian channels.​
